Background: Graeme is an independent risk management specialist with over 12 years’ senior level experience delivering risk management on many of the highest value and most complex projects in the UK.

Expertise: A Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management (IRM), Graeme is Chair of the IRM’s Risk & Complexity special interest group and has authored the global Risk & Complexity – Good Practice Guidelines among other publications. He regularly hosts and speaks at industry events to further the discipline and promote its evolution to meet the demands of our modern world.

Fit to Riskoncise (what you do in the company and how you will help it succeed): Graeme is passionate about improving the links between risk management, complexity science and project delivery. Building on his research and work with globally renowned corporate and academic thought-leaders, Graeme is helping to drive the evolution of risk management and project delivery into a new era.

Motivation: Riskoncise was born out of Graeme’s extensive experience in the risk management field and his recognition that current practices and next best market offerings are no longer fit for purpose in our increasingly complex and interconnected world. His passion for breaking down the barriers to effective project delivery has fuelled the development of our groundbreaking and industry redefining solution.

Szilard Csorge

Chief Architect

Background: With 15 years of experience delivering complex IT systems both on premises and in the cloud, Szilard brings a wealth of expertise to the table. As a seasoned Cloud Solutions Architect, he possesses technical proficiency in SaaS, application development, and database development. Szilard boasts a proven track record of successfully delivering robust and efficient software solutions.

Expertise: Specializing in cloud application development, data, and AI. Fit for Riskoncise (how you contribute to the company's success): Szilard spearheads the development activities of the Riskoncise application, ensuring the creation of a high-quality product while optimizing development efficiency and prioritizing long-term maintainability.

Motivation: What drew you to Riskoncise: Szilard joined Riskoncise during its startup phase, driven by a strong belief in the product's potential for success and a passion for thriving in dynamic environments.

Bryan Nicholson

CTO

Background: Bryan has worked in various areas of IT, from desktop support to security architecture, covering many different technologies.

Expertise: Bryan’s expertise lies in security and architecture as well as market knowledge.

Fit to Riskoncise (what you do in the company and how you will help it succeed): Bryan’s many years of experience in designing robust solutions with an emphasis on the end-user will greatly add to the team’s goals short- as well as long-term.

Motivation: His goal has been to deliver solutions that add value, which is the reason he got involved with Riskoncise. He was also impressed with Graeme’s enthusiasm about revolutionising the risk management industry when certain key features were delivered which are currently not present in other risk management solutions.

Sam Harden

COO

Background: Samantha has 12 years’ experience of working within the UK insurance industry in both senior underwriting and strategic development roles for Lloyds of London and Company Markets. She has worked with some of the largest UK developers on major infrastructure projects to facilitate risk identification and transfer. She is also an accredited Mediator and runs a small, boutique practice.

Expertise: From a Legal and Financial educational background Samantha’s practical expertise lies within Insurance, Risk Management, Law and Dispute Resolution.

Fit for Riskoncise (how you contribute to the company's success): Samantha is responsible for all things not Risk or IT within the business. She has procured and managed essential start-up services such as legal, business development, corporate advisory and fund raising opportunities.

Motivation: What drew you to Riskoncise: Sam has been involved in Riskoncise from the beginning and was instrumental in building the founding team. She has known both the CEO and CTO for circa 20 years and is passionate about making Riskoncise the go to in Risk Management software.

Jerome Schuit

Chief Solution Designer

Background: Jerome is our Chief Solutions Designer. A highly experienced Technical business Analyst, Project Architect, Agile Coach and Technology innovator, skilled in designing and implementing scalable, sustainable and cost-effective solutions using all current technologies.

Over 40 years experience as an IT consultant on major global projects. Background in theoretical Physics, human factors and team building.

Expertise: Background in analysis, data architecture, distributed technologies, Mainframes, AI, ASI and cyber security compliance.

Fit to Riskoncise He is in charge of the Design, development and the execution of the project, the teams and the delivery.

Motivation: I have worked with some of the colleagues on different projects and I believe strongly in the innovative approach to Risk Mitigation. I have a background in the Financial world (stocks, shares, commodities, options, futures and FX) which is very risk averse often resulting in catastrophic losses if not properly mitigated.  This system will be able to cover multiple industries including finance.
